How to Prepare for Your QHHT Session
1. Set Your Intention:
Take a moment to think about what you want from your session. A clear intention helps guide your experience.
2. Prepare Questions:
Write down anything you want to ask your higher self-questions about your health, relationships, life purpose, or anything else you’re curious about.
3. Dress Comfortably:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing to help you relax fully during the session.
4. Stay Hydrated and Well-Rested:
Drink plenty of water and get a full night’s sleep the evening before.
5. Avoid Heavy Meals or Caffeine:
Eat light and avoid caffeine before your session. A calm stomach helps you relax more easily.
6. Come with an Open Mind:
Trust the process. Release expectations and stay open to whatever your subconscious needs to show you.
7. Your Session Will Be Recorded
You don’t need to remember everything. You’ll receive a recording to listen back and reflect on.
8. Share Any Important Information
Let me know before the session if there’s anything you want me to be aware of-emotionally, physically, or energetically-so the session can support you fully.
9. Relaxation Techniques:
If you have a calming practice like meditation or breathwork, feel free to use it beforehand to center yourself.
10. Trust the Timing:
Whatever comes up is exactly what your soul is ready for. Trust the journey.
11. Reflect After Your Session
Allow space after your session to rest, journal, and reflect. This helps you fully integrate the healing.
